Under Minnesota Statute 116D.04, subd.10 we can file for an appeal to have the decision reversed (requiring an EIS) and we are exercising this option. 

Our unincorporated association Citizens Against [the] Motorsports Park (CAMP) was created and we are using the services of Marshall Tanick (Meyer, Njus, Tanick) in Minneapolis.

UPDATE April 26th, 2021
The decision to not do an Environmental Impact Statement is reversed and remanded. Which means they need to do further review before making a decision to do an EIS (again). They failed to rely on substantial evidence to determine the project's potential effects on wildlife and failed to consider the project's cumulative effects on climate change.
